Hold R and stand still. Do not walk or run and your super power 
(blue line) will refill quicker.

Uber cards:

Successfully complete a character's Campaign mode with a gold rank in 
each match to unlock a "Master Unlock" rarity card.

Fourth card slot:

Complete Campaign mode with two different characters to unlock the fourth 
card slot.

Play as Brigade:
