While on a walk, your dog may come across an Item called the Jack Russel Book. 
If you visit the kennel, you can now buy the single Jack Russel Terrier. 

Free Gifts and Toys:

While you can purchase new toys for your pup to play with, you can actually get 
some goodies for free if you know where to look. When you take your Nintendog on 
a walk, outline a path that goes by the blue "?" boxes marked on the map. Your 
puppy is likely to run off screen at those points and come back with a present 
for you! Your puppy will also randomly run to get presents for you if you leave 
the game on the "Home" screen for long. If left unattended, your Nintendog will 
leave the apartment and stay off screen. Simply tap on the center button (the 
circular one) to whistle and call back your pup who should be carrying a new 
present. 

Agility Contest:
----------------
To enter this contest, you must go to the gym first. After that, you can enter 
this contest. The gym is located in the southeast part of town. 

Some Useful Hints:
------------------
Heya everyone, i hope none of you have been taking the cheats on other websites 
to heart. It seems some people are trying to get you Gamers to destroy your 
data. If you see the Infinite Money cheat floating around, please ignore it, its 
the delete all data code.Anyway, i have been pondering around on my game and i 
have noticed a few things:

1. If you want a speedy dog for your all important disc competitions then i 
strongly advise you to get a Boxer or Pug. Trust me.

2. If you want a dog that performs well in Agility Competitions then choose a 
Labrador. Again Trust me.
It seems there are no real CHEATS, but i suppose so game doesnt need cheats, 
just hints and that. Remember folks, you see a cheat, think before you try it 
because you may regret it !! 

Hidden Presents:
----------------
You can normally buy toys and things for your puppy, or go by the blue "?" while 
on walks, but there are other ways to get presents for your pup. You can get 
them for free, might I add. On walks, there are presents not marked on the map. 
When you walk by them, give your pup a tug on the leash and he/she will get it 
for you. That simple. Of course, there are times when they pop up more than 
once. That's why I've accumulated a guide on how to get more of them. Here's 
some tips on how to find more of them:

-By running (tug the leash forward to run)
-By walking/running by the corners of the map not having "?"
-By having your pup wear the "Lucky Collar" (it works)
-Walking in areas that have more than 1 aisle
-You can tell if they're coming up when the little running dog on the top of the 
screen stops but your dog is still running
-These presents have usually more value than the other presents
-Walking at night
-Walking in zig-zag patterns


Black Labradors can win money:

First, I strongly suggest you restart the game unless you have enough money to buy a 
Labrador. By a black lab and name it Lucky. Then, enter it in contests (make sure you 
train it). Before it starts, praise him and wish luck. You should come back not losing. 
I don't know if this works on other dogs, but if you try it on other dogs still praise them.
