Start with 3 Cities and over 100 officers:

Start with creating all 100 officers.It takes a while but once you save
them you got them and you dont have to again.I like giving them actual
medieval names but do as you please.Let a officer have 5 children each
all born the 1st January when game starts so all children will need to
be 14 years old to work and parent needs to be at least 32 years old.Do
mostly officers with high politics and charisma.to build up citys
fast.Start game in Turmoil spreads in China and pick the 3 boxes at
bottom middle under Liu Biao.Each ruler can pick 5 officers.You need 15
parents total so each kingdom will have 5 officers to start with.Pick
one and have the other 2 kingdoms give up to it and you have 3 castles
off the bat.Then in January all officers come of age and its pretty self
explanatory after that you have a huge starting army.This works for
later versions of the game as well.
