Cheat:

While playing a game, hold L + White + R + Black + click Left 
Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick for at least three seconds, 
then enter one of the following codes to activate the cheat function:

Full health:

Enable cheat mode, then press A, X, B, Y.

All Loco moves:

Enable cheat mode, then press B(2), White, Black to unlock all Loco moves.

All weapons:

Enable cheat mode, then press Y, L, Black, X to unlock all weapons.

Maximum rewinding:

Enable cheat mode, then press R, Black, White, A.

Infinite ammo:

Collect the indicated number of weapon icons scattered throughout the 
city to get unlimited ammunition for the corresponding weapon:

 60: Infinite grenades
 70: Infinite hand gun ammunition
 80: Infinite sawn-off shotgun ammunition
 90: Infinite grenade launcher ammunition
100: Infinite rocket launcher ammunition

DEA and military vans appear:
