This involves editing the "careerSavegame.xml" file. Make a copy/backup
of the file before editing, and make sure you have a Career savegame.
Go to "...\My Games\FarmingSimulator2011\savegame1\careerSavegame.xml"
Look for the line that says money="5109236".
Enter whatever amount you want, and then save it.
Start game, and load your career save game.
Money Cheat II:

Enter the directory that to your latest saved game (for example, "savegame1")
in the "\My Games\Farming Simulator 2011" directory. Use a text editor to edit
the "careerSavegame" file.
Change the value of the valid="true" money= line to the desired amount of money.
