Complete the first race and save the game as CHEATMNU, 
quit the game, then edit the file CHEATMNU.SAV using a 
Hexeditor.  Edit it so as it looks like

Now reload the game, load the CHEATMNU saved game and select a car
for your next race. A menu should then appear enabling you to 
choose your next level.
