Rapidly click on a building while it is manufacturing or studying.

While something is getting built or produced, move the screen to a inactive
location. Since there is no movement (the CPU is not using any graphics),
the building and production speed should go faster. This works on all
building and on all productions.

To increase factory production, left-click and right-click on it.
