Best method I've found for killing enemies as quickly as possible.
-=Method=-
* Get poison bow (or arcane).
* Hope you get triple shot kitty.
* Put all upgrade points into attack.
* Use all DMG upgrade curse totems (unless its +1-2 DMG).
* Get decently close to enemies and spam attack as fast as possible.
* Still play it mostly safe as you can still die.
