Get rich fast in order to survive in difficult mission.

-=How to Be Wealthy=-
Phase 1: Get a loan after the first year
* The first year try to get archeologist.
* If you can’t do the minimum to level up and get course point
  (so get the xp for your student and hire staff).

Phase 2: Get archeologist course + dig site
* During that part you get 8 archeologist and purchase the 
  biggest plot of land and put your dig site.
* Wait the dig site to reset after 1 year you get 400000 or more.
* Enough to repay debt and do whatever you want.
* Enjoy!

Upper Etching Tips:
-------------------
Here are some tips that might help you:

* Make sure you Upgrade Course equipment and Lecterns. You may 
  need to research the ability to do so for some items, but each 
  one can be levelled up twice (so level 3 maximum).
* Run a Book Club.
* Employ higher level Teachers for Lessons and increase the Private 
  Tuition Qualification on any teachers who don’t teach lessons.
* Run Sci-Fi films for a learning buff.
* Run the money wrangling course, posho’s give money for things they like.
* Use the orb club, you get money for that aswell to help offset only 
  getting the bungle bonus.
* Try not to over spend, keep it on the basics until you’ve got the money 
  for more elaborate things.



How to Achieve Club Level 5:
----------------------------
Club Level is also known as Club Prestige, it can be seen by clicking on 
the club stand in the inspector window that comes up.

It is increased by having more members levelling up. Every club has this, 
including Orb Club.

As an additional tip, you don’t need to have all five at level five 
simultaneously. So just recruit for one, when it reaches five, delete the 
club sign-up table and start recruiting for the second one.



Lifeless Estate - Money Making:
-------------------------------
Whenever I struggle, my go to ways of improving money are as follows:

* Make sure you don’t have unnecessary staff. In the earlier years don’t 
  hire more than you need.
* Get your dorm ratings as high as possible so that you get more rent. 
  More beds and higher prestige will do this.
* Running the Orb Club is a good money maker, and you can put plenty of 
  items around campus to help with any happiness debuffs.
* Run the Money Wangling Course as students will give you money every 
  time they level up.
