If you like to start the game with $100000000, you can do it ... 
herez how to do it ...

>> Go to Windows directory (C:\Windows)

>> Edit Winpolis32.ini in a notepad or wordpad

>> Under the first name (Peter is default ... if you change the name 
u can find 
your name) ... u can find a line containing 30000 ... change it to 
10000000 and start 
the game ... u are a billionaire already!!!!

>> Likewise you can change the amounts of other players to $10000 ... 
if you are afraid of em!!!


MORE MONEY

If you are utterly pennyless then herez the trick

>> Save the game ... remeber the path i.e. where you have saved 
it and name of the file

>> Go to that location and edit the file with a notepad or wordpad

>> Under the first name (Peter is default ... if you change the name u 
can find your name) ... u can find a line containing your balance 
amount... change it to 10000000 and load the game ... u are a 
billionaire again!!!

>> Likewise you can change the amounts of other players to 
$10000 ... if you are afraid of em!!!
