This is how I got these endings, I am sure there are several possible ways to
get them but this is how I got them. On a side note I also achieved 100%
graphics/scenes and all 9 endings (yes there are 9 not 8 like it says online).
*Note on V1.1, I had to update this as I realized after I had to reinstall my
copy of CGA that after using my Walkthrough I was still missing a CG and
discovered Shizuko's "Happy ending".
