Walkthrough:

01. Look down and pick up YELLOWPAGE.
02. Lift flap on mat and take QUATER.
03. Go back up to phone. Look left and take BINOCULARS.
04. Go left again, and use BINOCULARS on the sign.
05. Take note of the street name.
06. Go back to phone.Click on the small shelf underneith it.
07. Take STRING.
08. Tie STRING to QUATER.
09. Now get ready to dial! (before eack dialed number, use QUATER on slot)
10. Look on the YELLOW PAGE, and call Phone trace service.
11. Take note of this phone's number.
12. 267-9532
13. Call Swain Electric.
15. Type in the code: NIGHT5 and press pound.
16. press 2, then type this phone's number. 267-9532
17. press one, and look up.
18. Take note of the code.
19. GUSH7
20. Call Maus Street Water Company.
21. Enter the password from the light, and press pound.
22. Remember the street name?
23. Arch. Type it, and press pound.
24. Hang up, and go right.
25. Use BINOCULARS to view fountain.
26. do what it says.
27. Without depositing money, press 5675 and press the coin return twice. 
28. Go down to the coin return.
29. Take KEY and SOCKET. (SOCKET is avalible from the begining.)
30. Face the floor, and use the KEY on the blue box.
31. Take SOCKET SCREWDRIVER.
32. Use it with the SOCKET.
33. Face phone, and click on right side.
34. Use SCREWDRIVER on two nuts.
35. Go back, and click on the red handle.
36. Click on the screen.
37. Find the answer to the puzzle.
38. "The Telephone Is Inherently Of No Value To Us."
39. Press Return and Quit.
40. Turn arount and press the booth handle. YOU WIN!
