-step three, take out the nessacary materials, and mash them
together to make a glue
-step four, put the glue on the face and reattach the nostril.
-step five, lull the man to sleep with a song

-step one, wipe away the blood
-step two, hug the soldier, give him words of encouragement,
he is on the verge of death
-step three, find the intestines and reinsert them, they are
in the top left corner, john made them blink to make it a bit easier
-step four, sew him up.
