i found this cheat when my goku was at level 70.train goku at grand kai's planet 
and bring him to level 70.and in the martial arts tournament when gohan tells goku 
to bring a senzu bean for videl,instead of going to korin's tower,go to southwest 
forest and break the door with orange 70 written on it.go near the majin spaceship 
where babidi calls spopovich and yamu and see!picolo,vegeta,gohan,supreme kai,and 
krillin will also come there!i'm not so sure because i'm writing what i saw.
