Complete the game on "Nightmare" difficulty to view the true ending. 
You must start from the beginning which means you cannot use "Chapter" 
selection option to start on 1st Night, 2nd Night, 3rd Night, or Final 
Night. If you start from either of these Nights, you'll not see the 
true ending when you complete the game. 

Unlock Battle Mode

Beat the game once. 

Unlock Chapter Selection 
------------------------
Complete the game on "Nightmare" difficulty to unlock "Chapter" 
selection in "Story Mode". 

Unlock Ghost List

Beat the game once. 

Unlock New Costumes

Beat the game once. 

Unlock Nightmare Mode

Beat Battle Mode once to unlock Nightmare Mode. 

Unlock Sound Test

Beat the game once. 

Unlock Special Function

Beat the game once. 

Unlock ZERO Ability 
-------------------
Succesfully beat the game once to unlock ghost list. On your second 
play, successfully complete the ghost list (108 ghosts in total) and 
you will be able to unlock the most powerful upgrade ZERO for your 
camera.
