From the [Main Menu] highlight the entry [Sneak Peeks]. Press [Left] 
twice, one of the in-seat display screens will be highlighted. 
Press [Enter] and you will get to see some of the in-flight video shown 
during the film. 

Bonus Clip:

Go to the [Special Features] menu. Select [In-Flight Movie: 
The Making of Flightplan], on the next screen you will see a list of 
featurettes. Highlight [D] Connecting Flights]. Press [Left] twice, this 
will highlight an arrow icon on the left side of the screen. Press [Enter] 
and you see a clip of executive producer Charles Schlissel talk about the 
impact 9/11 had on the production of the movie.
