Enter "10E6CUSTOMER" as a case sensitive code to unlock the Scepter and 
Mini-Rockets. Note: The second character in the code is the number zero, 
and the tenth character in the code is a capital letter "O".

Cheat mode:

While you are at the title screen, choose the "Options" menu, then go to 
"Cheats". Input any
of the following case-sensitive cheat codes to activate the indicated cheat 
effect:

Vulcan and Flamethrower:

Go into the options menu at the title screen and find cheats. Then type

All Missions:

Go into the options menu at the title screen and find cheats. Then type 
"IMFEDUPWITHTHIS"

All Cars:

Go into the options menu at the title screen and find cheats. Then type 
"47GIV3MECARS"
