A, X, B. Hold X for one second, then press B.

Full health:

View Kalisto introduction:

Place the game disc in a PC compatible CD-ROM drive to 
view the Kalisto introduction to the game with your movie 
player. 

Hidden artwork and sounds:

Place the game disc in a PC compatible CD-ROM drive to find 
wallpaper images from the game. 

Full pause screen:

Pause the game and press X + Y. 

Screensaver:

Allow the game to idle for a short time and a screensaver 
will appear.
