It's worth 1,000,000. Keep doing that race,and you will be rich in no time.I suggest 
using a MV Augusta F4 Tamburini (45,000) with stage 3 tuning (possibly 20,000)

Get a good class B car, preferably the Farboud Supercharged with a stage 3 tuning. 
Do the 180mph downtown challenge, starting with a u-turn going in the opposite direction. 
It pays 75,000 and takes about 22 seconds to complete. Repeat.
