Cheat Gnome:

While at home or on a lot, press L(2), R, A(2), Up.

10,000 additional Simoleons:

Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R 
while playing the game. An option to advance time by six hours will 
now appear on the Cheat Gnome. Select the Cheat Gnome, then cancel 
the selection. Press Up, Left, Down, Right, R again. 
A "Give Sim Simoleons" option should now appear

Pet Points:
----------- 
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Y, X, A, B, L, R, 
A while playing the game. A "Pet Points" option will now appear 
on the Cheat Gnome.

Advance time by 6 hours:
------------------------ 
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R 
while playing the game. An option to advance time by six hours will 
now appear on the Cheat Gnome.
