To use these codes, go to a phone and 
dial the desired number. 

Code     Effect
---------------
945-475 - get some money
010-870 - gives each player 99% fitness and enables 
         them to kick the ball with both feet
718-143 - gives one of your players the ultimate 
         assistant manager
607-420 - gives one of your players the ultimate 
         rating of 99, but only works about one out 
         of five times.

Trade a non-player for $500,000 
Use the "Player Transfer" icon to select Sell Player option. 
Click on the black space below the player list.
