Edit Money/Construction Time:

Go to game directory/Data/Projects. There will be files with levels name, edit 
these files with WORDPAD. 

Find the lines: 
BUDGET amount= (how much money will you recieve for this level)
TIME amount= (how much time will you have for this level) 

Edit the number on the end of these lines to amounts that you desire.


Various Exploits:

Because the following cheats exploit your program files, you’ll want to save a backup of 
your files. Attempt the following at your own risk, as it may damage files, folders, etc.

Head to the Projects folder in your game’s main folder. Open the XML documents you find 
there in Wordpad and do the following for the desired result:

For More Money: "CTRL + F" the word "budget" and you should find a line 
that says something like: Change the number in quotes to something higher,
and suddenly your budget will increase exponentially.

For More Time: "CTRL + F" the word "time" and you should find a line that 
says something like: Change the number to something higher to give yourself
more time.

For Looser Quality Demands: "CTRL + F" the word "quality" and you should 
find a line that says something like: Change the numbers to 1, meaning 
you’ll have to have the least amount of quality stars to reach minimal 
demands.
