Level select:

Use a text editor to edit the "config.ini" file in the game directory. 
Change the "MISSIONS_PASSED" line to "MISSIONS_PASSED=10". 
This will unlock all levels, including the bonus level.


Console Codes:

Press ~ (the key above TAB) to open the cheat console. Once that is open,
you can enter the cheats below to enjoy the corresponding effects.

skip - Skip current level.
fly  - Adjust camera perspective.
twu  - Toggle wind effect on/off.
tpu  - Toggle paper on/off.
help - Displays help documentation.
