Press [F12] to open the console then type in

Code                  Result

gold                - 1,000 additional gold.
prestige            - 1,000 additional Prestige.
piety               - 1,000 additional Piety.
nowar               - AI does not declare wars.
byzantine           - All diplomacy successful.
fullcontrol         - Control all troops while in God mode.
norevolts           - Population will not revolt.
die                 - Kill selected character.
showid              - Show country ID.
difrules            - God mode.
nowar               - AI does not declare wars.
nofog			  - Remove fog of war.
charevent [number]  - Activate indicated event.

Open crusader kings folder and find folder with name "db" and open it.
all files in it are editable but i only try to edit the files other 
than files theat in excel format. if you want to change anything about 
tech advances,you can find the file in event folder.
