Easy "Secret 1" achievement:
----------------------------
Enter the tower with the elevator. This is where you had to travel to 
get the baseball cap. Return there with the magnifying glass. Walk to 
the center of the eye, and shrink yourself with the magnifying glass 
to get the "Secret 1" achievement.


Easy "Secret 4" achievement:
----------------------------
Enter Island World from the playground area, where the kid looking for
his baseball cap was found. After entering this world, wear the "Weird 
Eye" glasses and go to the screen on the right, where the compass is 
located, to get the "Secret 4" achievement.
