Easy "Cover Up" achievement:

Lie to Mayfield about your involvement in the "Mayfield: The DataSec 
Recording" mission. 


Easy "Not Really A Prank, Man" achievement:
-------------------------------------------
Create a custom level with a guard facing in any direction, a spawn point 
for yourself, a wall between both of you, two light switches, and a power 
socket. No objective is required. Place the power socket anywhere on the 
level, one light switch near your character, and the other light switch 
behind the guard. When the level begins, wire both switches to the power
socket. This will shock the guard when you click the light switch next to
you. Neither switch actually needs a light to connect to.
