Five Black dragons:

Select a hero with an open slot, then type 32167 on the map screen. This
may be repeated for the other heroes in the party. 
Note: This code cannot be enabled in town.


Debug Mode:

* Right click the icon on your desktop.
* Go to properties.
* Change the target program so it ends in: HEROES2W.EXE" /NWC
* During the game press F4, alongside the regular tabs like File and Help,
there should be Debug!
