Press [~] in the game to open the console, then type in:

Code            Result
----------------------
behindview 1  - 3rd person view
god           - Invincibility aka God mode
fly           - Flying mode
ghost         - No Clipping mode
walk          - Disables ghost/fly

Cheat mode:

Use a text editor to edit the "user.ini" file in the 
"groove games\marine heavy gunner\system" directory. 
Locate the lines with "F1=" and "F2=" and change them to: 

F1=god
F2=allammo

Press [F1] during game play for God mode, and [F2] for 
unlimited ammunition.
