Easy "Collector" achievement:

There is always one special coin that can be found in each level. On levels 
with shops at the beginning, you must use the vehicle that it sells to reach
the coin. Two levels have blocks that you need to press in a combination to 
reach the coin. The blocks have unique markings on them and are easy to find.
Levels 2-3 and 3-2 have coins hidden behind walls that you can walk through. 
You will not lose a special coin that was collected if you die. However, you 
must complete the level to keep it. Levels can be replayed at any time, 
allowing you to find any coins that you may have previously missed. Levels 
on which you have not collected the coin from appear differently on the world
map, allowing you to track your progress.
