How To catch a mespirit:

Mespirit is located in the veridian cave and latios and latias are 
located somewhere in pewter city remeber your pokemon need to know 
fly and headbutt just keep looking for it and never give up.


Latios and latias:
------------------
To find latios and latias go to pewter city in order to do that you 
have to have a flying pokemon to fly you there when u arrive youll 
need to have a headbutt pokemon to knockdown the pokemon just keep 
trying. where to catch mespirit well mespirit is the hardest to find
just go to lake verity then get ur surfing pokemon and surf to the 
cave and enter it then just keep looking till u find it and remember
in order to catch it awlays have a spare master ball.
