Successfully complete the 13 Heroes scenario to unlock The 
Rise Of Heroes scenario.


Warring States officers:

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the 
corresponding officer:

Fan Zheng   : Unify China starting from Scenario 1 on any difficulty.
Han Xin     :  Raise your rank from Free Officer (Rank 9) to Rank 1.
Li Si       : Unify China starting from Scenario 6 on any difficulty.
Li Xin      : Unify China starting from Scenario 4 on any difficulty.
Liu Bang    : Play as a Ruler of a force, and accomplish the Super 
              Hard difficulty force objectives 
              (choose any from domestic/military/conquest objectives).
Lu Bu Wei   : Unify China starting from Scenario 3 on any difficulty.
Meng Tian   : Unify China starting from Scenario 5 on any difficulty.
Qing Bu     : Unify China starting from Scenario 2 on any difficulty.
Wang Jian   : Play as a Prefect of a force, and accomplish the Super 
              Hard difficulty city objectives
              (choose any from domestic/military/conquest objectives).
Xiao He     : Play as a Viceroy of a force, and accomplish the Super 
              Hard difficulty force objectives 
              (choose any from domestic/military/conquest objectives).
Ying Zheng  : Obtain 50 treasures for yourself (not your force).
Zhang Liang : Win 100 debates.
