Create a profile in championship mode. Now save the game (mostly it is autosave). 
Go to the directory where you have installed the game. Go to saveDatafolder. 
Open fighter0 document with notepad etc. If there are many paragraphs, then 
your created fighter will be at the bottom. Go there. Make following cahnges:
Stamina value="999"
Training value="999"
Defense value="999"
Agility value="999"
Footwork value="999"
RoundhouseKickPower value="99"
RoundhouseKickDisruption value="99"
RoundhouseKickSpeed value="99"
RoundhouseKickMobility value="99"
