To entable all charakter, teamplay mode and cheats (in options),
Just open registry (regedit) go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\UbiSoft Entertainment\TJPCRC

and change the values for:
"CAVAIL", 
"CCOMP", 
"MAVAIL" 
to "ffffffff". 
Thats all!!!
