To gain an extra option (Start in map), choose Start Game 
in the menu then push the following: TAB + STQRTIN;QP. 
You should now have a level select.



Hide "Cheater" icon:
--------------------
Press F4 during gameplay to open the console, then type the following command:

cheatcodeused 0   - Hides the "Cheater" icon until another cheat is entered	
cheatcodeused 255 - Permanently hides the "Cheater" icon
cheatcodeused 1   - Shows the "Cheater" icon
