Cheatmode:
----------
On the main menu screen, type "TAKE ME NOW SATAN"
to activate the cheat mode. There should be a flash
of lightning confirming you have activated it.
In Cheat Mode, you can use the following keys:
F1-F9: jump to level number
#: reset tower (put all the bricks back in a fallen tower
so you can watch the smiting all over again!)
o: prevent blocks from dropping
l: cast lightning (see if you can hit a bird!)
]: toggle blocks disappearing on/off
w: win the current level
