Dark Seeker - Intro : Choose the Dark Seeker in Create Character mode.
Dark Seeker -Ending : Complete Dark Seeker's Story mode.
Gladiator - Intro   : Choose the Gladiator in Create Character mode.
Gladiator -Ending   : Complete the Gladiator's Story mode.
Highlander - Intro  : Choose the Highlander in Create Character mode.
Highlander -Ending  : Complete Highlander's Story mode.
Unlocking Hardcore  : Complete any character's Story mode.

Masks:

Successfully complete the game under the indicated difficulty setting to unlock
the corresponding mask. The masks take on different appearances when worn by 
specific classes.

Comedy Mask    : Normal difficulty setting.
Tragedy Mask   : Hard difficulty setting.
Bad Actor Mask : Hell difficulty setting.
