This code makes it possible to gain access to the world map without beating
the first part of the game. Enter code while playing any level: r+k+s
Locations of Warp portal in World 1:
------------------------------------
The warp portal is located in level 1-3 in the middle of the level, inside
the mountain just before the first large pool of water. A bird is guarding
the hidden entrance and another bird in walking on top.
