Renaming and Save Editing:

Regret the name you chose for your character or island? 
Good news is that you can change it! This guide will show
you how to safely edit your save file using a free web based
tool.

-=The Process=-
* Find Your Save: Open Dinkum
* click the version number on the main menu 
* Select "Open Save File Directory." 
* Open the "Dinkum" folder and find your slot (e.g., Slot0). 
* Look for "Player.es3"
* Backup: Always backup before editing! 
* Copy "Player.es3" to your desktop.
* Edit: Go to the Dinkum Save Editor website. 
* Drag and drop your file. 
* Change your Player Name or World Name as desired and click save.
* Replace: Download the encrypted ".es3" file. 
* Navigate back to your save slot folder 
* Replace the existing file with the new one.
* Load: Click "Load Game" on the main menu. 
* You should see your new name!
