Prestige Mini-maxxing - Easy upgrades:

* Just before you finish a mission make sure your vehicles have the most
expensive upgrades available, then at the start of the next mission sell
your vehicle’s upgraded equipment in the market screen and buy what you 
want without losing your original vehicle. Upgrade again in the next 
mission and repeat.

* More of a strategy than a cheat, by the second act I was able to 
purchase air support that I otherwise would not have been able to afford.
Spending the prestige on units didn’t seem practical since I could not 
bring them to the battlefield due to limitations on army size dictated 
in the market screen.
