How to Disable Motion Blur:

Is your game blurring by when you’re boosting in the Survival 
courses? And you can’t disable it from the Settings menu? This 
is where you have to edit configurations manually. 

-=Here’s how to do it=-
* Finding the config file and what setting to change:
* If you can’t see the Appdata folder by default, press your Windows 
  key + R, enter the following and press Enter (or OK) afterwards:
  %LOCALAPPDATA%
* Go to your "DangerZone2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" directory 
  in there
* The file you’re looking for is "GameUserSettings.ini" 
  open it up with Notepad or whatever other application you edit 
  text files with.
* Look for the sg.PostProcessQuality setting. 
  If it’s at 3, set it to 0.
* When you’ve done everything correctly, save the file and then 
  go in-game.
* If you did everything right then the motion blur’s absent when 
  boosting! The lighting might take a hit because it’s also got 
  post-processing going on; experiment with sg.PostProcessQuality 
  at 1 or 2 to see what suits you best.
