-=Getting the Good Ending=-
Before Chapter 12:

* Complete all available tasks
* Make a backup save file

-=Requirements=-
* Get "Clear Minds and Open Hearts" achievement
* Reach 3 stars with 5 out of 6 factions
* All companions must be Heroes of the Veilguard
* Make the right choices in the final chapters

-=Chapter 12=-
* Your choices on the island don’t affect the ending

-=Chapter 13=-
Make a new save before these choices:

-=Team assignments=-
* Wards: Pick Bellara, Neve, or Emmrich
* Venatori: Must pick Lucanis
* Juggernaut: Pick Taash, Davrin, or Harding

-=Final Battle=-
Defense: Pick Davrin or Taash

-=Last Conversation=-
* Choose "You don't have to do this" for the special ending
* The game will explain each choice clearly, so read all conversations 
  carefully. Following these steps will get you the best possible ending.

-=Getting the Secret Ending=-
* Secret Ending Requirements (can be done with good ending):
* Get “Clear Minds and Open Hearts” achievement.
* Find 3 special discs.

-=Disc Locations=-
* Necropolis: Left side of Unbound boss arena.
* Arlathan: Near chest behind laser puzzle (story progress needed).
* Crossroads: Upper-left of arena where you fight the 3-champion-essence boss.

The game calls this ending "The Storm Quelled" when you get it.
