Start the game with the following parameters (IE: "drift.exe /debug")
/DEBUG - Enable Special Debug Menu Where You Can Select Start
Mission / Money / Ships / Etc.

Max Money Hex:

You need a Hex Editor. If you do not know what a hex editor is you
should skip this cheat! Using a hex editor open the saved game file.
-Go to HEX address 71 through 73 and change the values to FF. 
-You should see FF FF FF when done correctly. 
-Now save the file and reload the saved game. 
-You should have 16 million bucks!
