Whilst flying around with a hyperspace system selected, pause the game 
(ESC) and pres ALT+W. Return to the game and hyperspace.  You will find 
yourself in Witch Space filled with Thargon ships.  Shoot the big ones 
at 50 credits each and scoop up the little ones as alien items.  You can 
make a mint here but as soon as the navComp is repaired, 
select your system and be prepared to get out in case it gets too hot!!

Hint:

To get 256 missiles.
If you have never got missiles, buy ONE missile, go out space station, 
poit your ID to station, but do not fire. Land, sell the missile, 
go out again, and press M.
