All-Levels Cheat:

Open the file OPTIONS.TXT with a text editor like NOTEPAD 
and change the "levelchoose" value from 0 to 1. 
Now there will be two extra options on the Main Menu 
allowing any World/Level to be chosen and played and 
any Cinematic to be viewed.


Change difficulty:

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a 
backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor 
to edit the "1-1.txt" through "4-5.txt" files in the game 
folder that correspond to each game level. Reduce the number 
that follows the names of the enemies and increase the number 
that follows the names of various items to make the game easier.
