Your goal as Vigour is to generate as many radiant runes as possible to make 
the most out of your abilities.

Vigour is probably the most mana-efficient healer in the game, as your core 
healing abilities cost radiant runes rather than mana. You generate radiant 
runes by healing your party and hitting enemies with certain spells.

-=What talents should I use on Vigour=-
There are a few builds around, but a good core for any build will use the 
following talents:

Master of Triage, Alacritous Healing, Grand Design, and Radiant Soul.

-=What is my stat priority?=-
The general consensus is the following:

* Main Stat -> Critical Strike = Expertise -> Haste -> Spirit.
Note that this priority list may shift based on builds, legendaries, and talents.

-=What weapon traits should I use?=-
The current best weapon traits are the following:
Divine Mediation, King of the Hill, Inspired Allegiance, Hidden Power, Navigator’s 
Intuition, Kindling, Treasure Hunter’s Delight, Brave Machinations.

-=What is my rotation?=-
Vigour doesn’t really utilize a rotation, but rather a priority list:

* Rune of Renewal on group (mainly tanks before you get Grand Design)
* Keep Radiant Blast on cooldown 24/7 to generate runes
* Use Luminous Barrier to soak damage
* Circle of Light only when stacking and needing to heal your group
* Use Dawnflare during downtime to generate radiant runes.
