Go into your FIFA Manager install directory.

"..\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA MANAGER 11". Now open the folder that says private_items. 
Open the file "car.txt" with any text editing program.

Change the first row from:

Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,9900, i10.bmp,2010 

to

Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10,Hyundai i10, -9999999999,i10.bmp,2010

Now when you are in your game go to "Career", then "Private Life", then "Car" and buy a Hyundai 
i10. Your personal acount will be given $9999999999 depending on whatever currency you are using.

After that you can donate this money to your club and spend it on whatever stuff you like.
