How to Unlock The Door in Te Demon Lord’s Castle:

Enter the teleporter at the entrance of the Dungeon, next head down the 
hallway and enter the teleporter at the end, If followed correctly you 
should have ended up in a room with an opponent in front of and behind 
you.

Defeat the opponent behind you, and enter the teleporter to the left, 
that teleporter will take you to the correct area.
