On your second playthrough, speak to Trevor at the school's backyard. Ask him 
about the locked door upstairs. Afterwards, speak to Anne, who will send you 
to John in the park. Get the key to the door from him. 


Easy "Beret Lover" achievement:

Progress through the game and complete it as usual. Then, start a new playthrough
and speak to Trevor at the school's backyard. Ask him about the locked door upstairs.
Afterwards, speak to Anne, who will send you to John in the park. Get the key to the 
door from him. Unlock the door to view the secret ending and earn the achievement. 


Easy "Weirdly Patient" achievement:

Remain idle in the main menu for about fifteen minutes.
