Cheat Codes: ------------ Submitted by: David K. How to Beat Little Red Ridding Hooded Mercenary (with Urban Nightmare Cards): ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Written by Legend27 This guide allows you to beat the first abnormality on the floor of language. Guide on Beating Up Little Red Ridding Hooded Mercenary -=How-To=- * First, prep 2 book of Emma and one book of Heavy puppet. * Load the passive however you like, but respiration from Tenma is a must. * Grab passive from the molar office that give you one strength if you can. * Three librarian will share the same deck, which consists of: * 3 Gigigigi. * 3 puppet blockade. * 3 forceful gesture. Now all you needs to do is use forceful gesture whenever you can, and if you can't use light regen card. Since Project Moon tweaked the mechanism for counter dice (and nurfed bleed), this deck so far is the only viable option in urban nightmare (good luck beating the wolf with 5 stacks of strengthened because of unlucky dice roll). As of possibility of success.... 20% of the time it works all the time because of how weak LRRH is when she is fighting the wolf (and how unresonably strong she is fighting the lirbarian because you steal her kill).
Guide to Trimming Down Alriune
------------------------------- Written by MoonlitWyvern Do you really hate Alriune? Me too! If you’ve reached Star of the City however, you can trivalize the fight! -=The Requirements=- As I said, if you just reached Star of the City, all you need to do is do a general invitation using 3 books from it. You will get a fight with the Udjat. If you’re fresh into SOTC, I reccomend doing the upper left fight most of all, as its pages are also very useful for this fight and many others. What you’re looking for is their keypage, which has the bonus: This will be the key to easy suppression. -=The Strategy This is extremely easy to pull off. The first turn, Alriune will target one person to mark. This person will be the only one that can do damage to her during the fight. Whoever is marked, don’t target her as the crown isn’t applied until the next scene. Instead, focus on dealing good damage to her minions. The person being targeted should conserve their light, though, as they need it to do damage asap. As soon as the person who gets marked can do damage against her, focus on using your other librarians to rid the field of the other enemies. You’ll have to last until you hit emotion level 1, in which you will hopefully get Laughing Powder. -=The End Once this activates, you’re near immortal for this fight. Don’t get too cocky; still clash against the Mass Summations, otherwise you might end up biting off more than you can chew. But otherwise the fight should be trivial.↑ Top
Help with Final Reception
-------------------------- * Don’t let Gebura clash with any of Zena’s pages * Exceptions: Birdcage (doesn’t have power null on it). * Also, you can use Focus Spirit against “Thick Line” because it’s just one attack -> Focus Spirit will mitigate damage and is guaranteed to hit * You can just let some of Zena’s attacks one-side you while you beat up Baral. * Victory is either surviving enough turns OR staggering one of them – usually Baral * The fight is almost entirely fixed. The only random elements are Roland’s deck and where Zena and Baral aim their attacks – after the first two turns anyway, turn 2 when Geb shows up, Baral will always aim at Roland and Zena will always aim at Gebura. * Note: Roland’s starting hand is random while Gebura’s starting hand and what she draws is fixed… and I think Binah’s deck is fixed too. Not sure about that, but it isn’t that big of a deal for her. * The ideal start for Roland is to have Old Boys to mitigate the damage and Durandal to help with the next turn, but not as necessary. * You can and should be using Focus Spirit every turn and landing the hit. RNG can kinda screw you over.↑ Top
