– Disables Film Grain and character blur

r.MaxAnisotropy=16 
– Higher values mean better texture quality when using anisotropic filtering

r.MotionBlurQuality=0 
– Disables Motion Blur

r.LensFlareQuality=0 
– Disables Lens Flare

r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0 
– Disables that annoying blur around the edges of your screen

r.PostProcessAAQuality=0 
– This turns off AA and will make the game have jagged edges, but be less blurry.

r.BloomQuality=0 
– Disables bloom effect

r.ScreenPercentage=100 
– Renders the screen at 100%
